Muchas veces me encuentro personas que me cuentan que no entrenan porque no pueden ir a un gimnasio, o que no tienen pesas en sus casas para realizar entrenamientos de fuerza como si fuese la única manera de entrenar, lo cuál no es asi, por eso les cuento que yo mismo entreno en casa muchas veces sin ningún implemento, sólo con mi peso corporal, disfrutando de los resultados y acá les quiero compartir una rutina para el cuerpo completo, sin ningún implemento 💪🔥

La clave de lograr resultados, muchas veces se pierde el foco real y la gente cree que la diferencia la marcará la motivación, la fuerza de voluntad o si tienes algún implemento y al final, podrías tener eso a la mano, pero sin la disciplina y mejor aún sin la consistencia que requiere hacer todo esto, no te va a funcionar, porque la acción es la que marca la diferencia no la intención, espero les guste esta rurina que está brutal, yo terminé sudando como 10 litros 😂🔥
The key to achieve results, many times the real focus is lost and people believe that the difference will be made by motivation, willpower or if you have some implement and in the end, you could have that at hand, but without the discipline and better yet without the consistency that requires doing all this, it will not work for you, because the action is what makes the difference not the intention, I hope you like this routine that is brutal, I ended up sweating like 10 liters 😂🔥.
