Actualmente, en mi grupo de Hive en Margarita estamos manejando un nuevo objetivo, y es contribuir con el crecimiento de la plataforma, nuestro aporte consiste en hacer unboarding para integrar a más personas a nuestra comunidad, esto haciendo una especie de captación de personal, analizando su perfil descartando ciertos aspectos; Básicamente gente que tengan responsabilidad y entusiasmo esto con el fin de reclutar personas capaces de crear buen contenido y se mantengan en el tiempo para fortalecer nuestra plataforma.

Como primer rasgo, como comentó anteriormente, se toma en cuenta la responsabilidad y el entusiasmo, esto particularmente siento que es super importante para no perder la constancia y no desanimarse en el trayecto de inicio, ya que una de las frases principales, es que no se asegura un incentivo.

Otro rasgo super importante es ser abierto, ya que serlo es medible, ya que es necesario integrarse en grupo, crear contenido y aceptar sugerencias.

Y ser creativo, ver ojos con ojos distintos cualquier aspecto de nuestra vida para saber, ¿De qué comunidad puedo ser parte?

El encuentro, lo llevamos a cabo en La más Rica teta, en Pampatar, en lugar donde venden unos helados riquísimos.

Como primera captación logré animar a escuchar acerca de la plataforma a mi novio, realmente nunca había estado interesado o siquiera había procurado escuchar de la plataforma, y de que se trataba; Hasta este empezaron mis reuniones con las chicas de Hive Margarita, así que empezó mi primera prueba de explicar a otra persona, ¿Qué es Hive? Luego de toda la explicación, y muestra del front end, empezaron las preguntas. La primera fue, ¿Cómo se gana dinero? Sabiendo el explicar todo el ecosistema que está implicado. Resaltando el hecho de que el incentivo es seguro.

¡Luego de toda nuestra primera clase, y tomando en cuenta mi día a día, dijo que sí! Me emocioné mucho y proseguimos con la creación de su cuenta que afortunadamente logramos hacer con éxito.

Luego de esto, lo invite e hice que hiciera carácter de presencia conmigo en las clases de Hive desde Cero, esto para reafirmar conocimientos, y el sí tiene alguna otra duda, podemos debatirla y consultarla.

Como obsequio en esta capacitación le regalé una pulsera de Hive, entregadas en el Caracas blockchain week, está me la había entregado @sugarelys.

Me siento emocionada que forma parte de esto, de esta manera podemos compartir más experiencias y crecer juntos en la comunidad ❤️❤️

As a first trait, as mentioned above, responsibility and enthusiasm are taken into account. I particularly feel this is super important to not lose perseverance and not get discouraged in the beginning journey, since one of the main phrases is that not an incentive is assured.

Another super important trait is to be open, since being open is measurable, since it is necessary to integrate into a group, create content and accept suggestions.

And be creative, see any aspect of our life with different eyes to know, what community can I be part of?

We held the meeting at La más Rica teta, in Pampatar, where they sell delicious ice cream.

As a first acquisition, I managed to encourage my boyfriend to hear about the platform. He had never really been interested or had even tried to hear about the platform, and what it was about; Until this my meetings with the girls from Hive Margarita began, so my first test of explaining to another person began, What is Hive? After all the explanation, and sample of the front end, the questions began. The first was, How do you make money? Knowing how to explain the entire ecosystem that is involved. Highlighting the fact that the incentive is secure.

After our entire first class, and taking into account my daily life, he said yes! I was very excited and we continued with the creation of his account which fortunately we managed to do successfully.

After this, I invited him and had him appear with me in the Hive classes from Zero, this to reaffirm knowledge, and if he has any other questions, we can discuss and consult them.

As a gift in this training I gave him a Hive bracelet, delivered at the Caracas blockchain week, this one had been given to me by @sugarelys.

I feel excited to be part of this, this way we can share more experiences and grow together in the community ❤️

Ainssss es bello trabajar juntos en un mismo objetivo, me alegra mucho que Raúl se haya unido, es que viendo este movimiento, quien se quiere quedar por fuera??
Está genial que esté en las clases de Hive desde Cero porque son una gran herramienta.
Me da muchísimo gusto ver que cada día se suman más y es importante lo que dices, que hay que ver el perfil de la persona, para que tal como dices, permanezca en el tiempo.
