FungiFriday: Mauve Parachute with Bristly Tropical Cup

I don't know if this was a coincidence, but today I feel better after having a fever which required me to spend 3 days resting on my bed.

It was boring during those three days, with your movements limited to the bed and the toilet. Yeah, that's my fucking routine that keeps repeating itself all the time, like the same commercial playing over and over again on TV.

As I said before, whether it's a coincidence or not, I found myself feeling better today, and it coincided with the #FungiFriday challenge.

After looking through my image storage files, I can still smile because there are still quite a lot of mushroom stock photos that I haven't published.

And then, today, I have two mushroom variants to share here. There are purple ones, and there are red ones. The first is the mauve parachute (Marasmius haematocephalus), while the next is the bristly tropical cup (Cookeina tricholoma). These two different species were spotted in the same forest.

For a detailed explanation of each species, I have deliberately not written it here because I have written about it in several previous posts. So this time, I simply invite you to have fun seeing how beautiful they are, even though they are parasites.
