Ask Leo : what are the Economic impact of adopting cryptocurrency as a substitute for Goods and services?

Since the adoption of cryptocurrency I personally think that it has had a good impact on the economy while it also has a reprimanding impact on the economy in my own view.

It’s adoption in paying for goods and services has made people lose trust in Governmental finance making them see cryptocurrency as an alternative to money from banks.
On the bright cryptocurrency being a financial technology built on blockchain allows easy access to payment of goods and services without stress or task.
I think government will later see to this issue and also try to control its movements.
For example in Nigeria, trading with crypto is not allowed and why is this, just simply because they couldn’t control how it works and also derive task from it , meanwhile as many youths are involved in it there tend to secretly trade cryptocurrency as it is a way of survival for each and every one of them.
Adopting cryptocurrency as a substitute for Goods and services I think has more advantages than disadvantages and will help a lot in developing the economy and also the question is are we ready to face the consequences of when crypto eventually takes dominion chasing out banks and other financial facilities?
