Mixed Fish Jelly||Jalea de Pescado Mixta [ENG/ESP]
Good evening, today I will tell you about the Mixed Fish Jelly, typical Peruvian food.
This delicacy includes fish, squid tentacles, mussels and squid rings, all dipped in eggs, then in flour to finish rubbing everything together and serve on a plate.

Esta exquisitez lleva pescado, tentáculos de calamar, mejillones y rabas, todo pasado por huevo, luego por harina para terminar frotando todo y servirlo en un plato.
Se acompaña con cebolla rallada y lechuga y unos granos de maíz secos cocinados al fuego. De condimento se usa dos salsas, una con sabor a limón y ajo, y la otra verdosa es una salsa muy picante, que te hará subir la temperatura corporal 25 grados más o menos.
De más está decir que todo esto es un manjar, algo pesado, pero de vez en cuando es bueno darse un gusto.
