Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de una deliciosa Pasta con Sardina (pescado) Guisado, es super sencilla de preparar y podemos almorzar o cenar con esta rica comida. Today I want to share with you the preparation of a delicious Pasta with Stewed Sardine (fish), it is super simple to prepare and we can have lunch or dinner with this delicious meal. I hope you like it and are encouraged to prepare it.

Step by Step.

✓ Primero vamos a picar la cebolla, el ají, los granos de ajo y dejamos sofreir hasta que esten bien dorados.

First we are going to chop the onion, the chili pepper, the garlic grains and let them fry until they are well browned.

✓ Luego vamos agregar la sardina una vez esten bien dorados los aliños. Agregamos color, sal al gusto y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por 15 minutos.

Then we are going to add the sardine once the dressings are well browned. Add color, salt to taste and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

✓ Seguidamente en agua colocamos la pasta y dejamos cocina con sal al gusto.

✓ Para finalizar unimos la pasta con la sardina guisada, servimos y listo Hivers.
