Initiative: What Do You Think Hivers Should Be Like? || [ESP / ENG]

Saludos mis Hivers lectores es un placer para mi estar con todos ustedes. Hoy quiero unirme nuevamente a una increíble iniciativa propuesta por @aliento y @escuadron201 en dónde ahora nos incentivan hablar referente a como deberían ser los Hivers en la plataforma? Me llamo mucho la atención está iniciativa ya que podemos expresar todas aquellas ideas y esa gran variedad de contenidos que podemos crear en Hive; Así mismo, también todos aquellos usuarios que recién se une a esta gran familia pueden tener una idea más clara de como desenvolverse en las comunidades intercambiando ideas los unos a los otros. Sin más preámbulo iniciemos.
Greetings my Hivers readers, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you. Today I want to join again an incredible initiative proposed by @aliento and @escuadron201 where now they encourage us to talk about how Hivers should be on the platform? This initiative caught my attention because we can express all those ideas and that great variety of content that we can create in Hive; Likewise, all those users who have just joined this great family can also have a clearer idea of how to function in the communities exchanging ideas with each other. Without further ado, let's start.
Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hivers? / How do you think the Hivers should be?
Primeramente pienso que las personas que trabajan en esta gran plataforma debe ser muy responsable y comprometidos en pro para el beneficio tanto de la plataforma como de sus Blog. Esto más que todo es algo que deben tener en cuenta muchos usuarios que recién ingresan a Hive que se preocupan solo por subir contenido por hacerlo y no se preocupan por hacer una buena estructura y un buen contenido de calidad, deben ver sus fortalezas para explotarlas en esa comunidad donde se sientan identificados y todas aquellas debilidades tratar de superarlas para así aprender cosas nuevas y realizar contenidos variados, compartiendo e intercambiando ideas con el resto de los usuarios que hacen vida en la plataforma.
First of all, I think that the people who work on this great platform must be very responsible and committed to the benefit of both the platform and its Blog. This, more than anything, is something that many users who have just entered Hive should take into account, who only care about uploading content for the sake of doing it and do not care about making a good structure and good quality content, they must see their strengths to exploit them in that community where they feel identified and try to overcome all those weaknesses in order to learn new things and create varied content, sharing and exchanging ideas with the rest of the users who make life on the platform.
¿Cómo crees que deberían de evolucionar los Hivers? / How do you think Hivers should Evolve?
Creo que la mejor forma de que cada uno de los Hivers vayan evolucionando es creando diferentes tipos de contenidos, está bien explotar todas esa cualidades y fortalezas que se poseen, pero hay que salir de la rutina y explorar cosas nueva; también debemos hacer comunidad, votar y apoyar los contenidos de cada usuario que hace vida en la plataforma. Todo esto nos ayudara a crecer, ser más visto por todos y apoyados por todos los Hivers y cada uno de los curadores. No debemos preocuparnos solo por recibir recompensas también debemos crear contenidos de calidad y aprender cada día de cada uno de los Hivers y comunidades en las cuales hacemos vida diariamente.
I think that the best way for each of the Hivers to evolve is by creating different types of content, it is good to exploit all those qualities and strengths that they possess, but you have to get out of the routine and explore new things; We must also make a community, vote and support the content of each user who lives on the platform. All this will help us to grow, to be more seen by all and supported by all Hivers and each one of the curators. We should not only worry about receiving rewards, we must also create quality content and learn every day from each of the Hivers and communities in which we live daily.
Hive Blog es una plataforma que les a abierto las puertas a muchas personas y mejorado su calidad de vida haciendo lo que más les gusta, por eso debemos esforzarnos en mejorar y ser muy responsable a la hora de realizar contenidos.
