come back with me on this occasion I want to share a food that is legendary in my area, this food can be said to be a superfood because without the addition of other flavoring ingredients such as micin it is certainly very healthy isn't it and what is no less important is that this is a delicious and healthy vegan food

Actually, this is the first time I have made this dish. Usually I only eat it when I visit my grandmother's place, but for some reason I wanted to try making it myself, and without waiting a long time I started asking my grandmother for the recipe for this dish. in my area this food is called (chip papaya flower and sweet potato leaf)



material :

  • 100 grams of sweet potato leaves
  • 100 grams of papaya flowers
  • 200 grams of grated coconut
  • 50 grams of peanuts
  • 4 red onions
  • 3 garlic (optional)
  • 6 cayenne peppers
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 4 dried starfruit


how to make :

(1) The first step is to boil the papaya flowers until cooked for about 15 minutes and add a little salt when boiling

(2) After that, cut all the cassava leaves and put them in the boiled papaya flowers, then boil the leaves until the sweet potatoes are cooked.

(3) then fry the peanuts with candlenuts and after frying, grind the candlenuts and peanuts after they are smooth then set aside for a while

(4) then take the onions, chilies and star fruit, grind until smooth then add the grated coconut and grind until the coconut is a little smooth

(5) and after that, drain the vegetables then mix with the coconut seasoning, stir and add a little salt and don't forget to adjust the taste

Actually, here you can add lemongrass and lime leaves as aromatics to this dish
