hello everyone, back with me again, I hope all my friends are in good health, have you ever imagined a delicious and of course very nutritious vegan dish, I always serve a delicious vegan bowl every day at my house, this is the perfect dish for my family, but this time I want to serve a bowl of my favorite vegan, namely capcay baby corn

As we know, baby corn is a very delicious food, even if it is processed in any way, baby corn has a characteristic slightly crunchy taste, so when it is processed into food, it has an extraordinary taste.

Here I prepare baby corn with several other mixed vegetable ingredients such as wartel and green beans, and this is my husband's favorite dish

materials used:

200 grams of baby corn
100grams of beans
100 grams wartel
3 red onions
4 red chilies




how to make :

(1) The first step is to first peel the skin of the baby corn, then cut the baby corn according to taste. Here I cut it obliquely

(2) after that, cut the beans also diagonally and then peel the carrots then cut according to taste and wash them clean then set aside for a while and then also chop the onions and chilies

(3) after that add a little oil then saute the onions and chilies until fragrant and then also add the chopped vegetables then add 200ml water and cook until all the vegetables are cooked, about 20 minutes on medium heat

(4) then add a little salt and a little sweet soy sauce then adjust the taste, and I also added 1 spoon of cornstarch solution then stir briefly and tara capcay baby corn is ready
