On days when it is so hot, we must try to stay hydrated, in addition to water, a glass of Smoothie with some fruit that we have on hand is also very good and in this way give a little more love to our cells, today I share a refreshing blueberry and banana smoothie.
En los días cuando está haciendo tanto calor, debemos procurar mantenernos hidratados, además del agua, también cae muy bien un vaso de Smoothie con alguna fruta que tengamos a mano y de esta manera darle un poco más de amor a nuestras células, hoy les comparto un refrescante Smoothie de arándanos y banana.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 ½ cup of oat milk
Ingredientes:
1 taza de arándanos congelados
1 banana madura
1 ½ vasa de leche de avena
🌸 The first thing I did was cut the banana into slices to facilitate the smoothie, then I took it to the freezer since I don't want to use ice, so I just wait until the banana freezes.
🌸 Lo primero que hice fue cortar la banana en rodajas para facilitar el licuado, luego la lleve al congelador ya que no quiero utilizar hielo, así que solo queda esperara hasta que la banana se congele.
