Sonny Bishop Days Until Titans Football! + A Close Madden 23 Game vs the Bills

Sonny Bishop. Wow, that name just feels old. I don't mean that disrespectfully, I think it's pretty cool.

Sonny Bishop played for the Oilers wayyyyy back in 1964, although his career began two years prior. Bishop would play for the Oilers for awhile, six seasons, all the way until 1969.

Not only did Bishop play quite a long time ago, he played a virtually stat-less position, offensive right guard LOL.

Still from what I gather, Bishop was a good reliable player. Bishop never played less than 12 games in a season with the Oilers. Every other season he appeared in all fourteen games. Back then teams only played fourteen games per season, at least in the AFL. Matter of fact in his entire eight year career, Bishop played in fourteen games in seven out of his eight pro seasons.

In addition to his reliability, Bishop was also a 1962 AFL Champion with the Dallas Texans and in 1968 he became an AFL All-Star with the Oilers.
