Important of the word "Value" and a Design with Illustration

Hey my great family, I trust you are all having a good day... Doing my break period at work after a lot of works, I thought of the word "Value" and how the word make a meaning to people, how they value it and make use of it, also how important its. so the question that came to my mind in that moment was:

‣What is the meaning of the word Value
‣Who are the people to use the word "value" for
‣How important is the word "value" to the society

MEANING OF VALUE
I set "value" to be something that deserve respect, love, cherish, important, amazing, kind and many more. Giving out your best on someone you like definitely mean you really value the person, since you can give your best on that particular person, he deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something.
People who serve you, respect you, useful, important, cherish are those people who you use the word value for, for example: lets use Mother as an illustration... Everybody on earth loves their mum and also cherished them more than anything. we all value for mum and everybody that is important to us.

PEOPLE TO USE THE WORD VALUE FOR AND HOW IMPORTANT VALUE MEANS TO THE SOCIETY
The word value makes people happy anytime you used the word to them because praising people on what they have done always make them happy and they will do more better... The word value has improve a lot of hardworking in this organization because whenever your boss praises his staff they will always do better and keep the good work all the name of praises just because their boss value them and appreciate their effort.

I DECIDE TO MAKE A LITTLE DESIGN FOR THE WORD VALUE
I used Coreldraw for my design and i so love the application because its always make my design easy and fast. Art is my hubby and designing is what is love doing most so I try to figure something new out with my skills.

The word Value has been typed on my page to start the designing

Here have given my design a nice font with some nice color that is very attarctive to the word "Value

An icon was set to indicate the appreciation of those people you value the handshake icon

Here the world "Value" have been design nicely after ungrouping the word and make a little changes on the letter "V" to be long a little bit. Which means without letter "V" carries the word

After that, I draw some three RED line on the page that illustrate the appreciation of life to our precious value people with color.

So I derived on getting the final design with some lovely color and icon designed by me. cray color is the color used for the background and a line was drawn under the word "Value your people" with black text color under the design.
