My Nightime Time Rituals

One of the things I find so challenging is sleeping early, I will always go to bed around 1am every morning when everyone is asleep, just before I retire to bed, I will always have a cold bath, rub my body with a mentholated balm, which helps me feel refreshed.
Have my quiet time between 12:00am-12:30am

And then switch my phone to listen to a solemn music for 30 minutes that would help relax my nerves and prepare me for my dreamland. After which I switch off my music and i will retire to sleep.

My phone screensaver is a picture I took with my fiancee on my last birthday, I love him so dearly and will always want to see his pretty face and because we can't always be together all the time, I have our pictures on my phone wallpaper, I really can't stay a minutes without pressing my phone.
My phone wallpaper brightens my mood and reminds me constantly what we both share. It makes me unconsciously thank God for loving me so dearly and unconditionally to have given him to me.
