The wedding party.

Hello everyone, it's yet another beautiful day and I would love to share a funny experience that happened on Saturday. But sincerely, I paid for it in a hard way. My chubby cheeks have now grown lean as a result of what happened.

Just sit down quietly, while I share this funny experience.

As you all know weekends are mainly for parties, especially in Nigeria, and this last Saturday was not left out. Let me not forget to tell you that I'm a party rocker be it a wedding ceremony, housewarming, birthday, or any form of ceremony, I'm always there full-time😂😂. Is it my dancing steps you want to talk about, even if Michael Jackson was alive, I'm sure he would have to compete hard with me before he could win.

Just like any other weekend, My dad was invited to a wedding ceremony in a neighboring town. Upon hearing this I was so excited. For about two Saturday's now I could not attend any party because I was preparing for my exam.

I was really anticipating for the wedding day. I quickly rushed to the wardrobe to choose one of my best outfits. Trust me now, I must slay at the parry😂.

On the wedding day, I woke up so early to do all domestic chores as fast as possible. As soon as I was done, I went straight to the bathroom to take my bath immediately. After which I went straight to the room to dress up.

As I was dressing up, Dad walked in and was trying to persuade me to stay back at home and not attend the wedding. All that he was saying was not going well with me so I never even bother to listen to His advice. Kai, I wish I had listened

As soon as I know his intention that he didn't want me to attend the wedding, I decided to dress faster so that I could just meet up earlier before He finish dressing up. Just after I finish dressing up, I ran inside the car, expecting him to come inside the car and drive.

As soon as he stepped out of the house, he saw me inside the car and had no choice but to allow me to attend the parry.

Trust me now, I know that's the best trick I can use to attend the party and it worked💃💃💃

After a few minutes, we left for the party. While on our way to the venue of the wedding party, the car broke down suddenly.

Chai, what kind of thing is this, I said to myself.

You won't believe what happened.

My beloved brothers and Sisters, that's how I stepped down and started pushing the car while dad sat down inside controlling the wheel. Kai, I suffered. It was raining, I had to off my shoes and started pushing tirelessly. While pushing the car, a bus ran by and splash muddy water on my pretty dress. It was indeed an awful moment.

But thank God that a nearby mechanic workshop was close by, I had to push the car to the mechanic workshop in other for him to fix the car.

After a few minutes, the car was fixed and we both entered the car and continued our journey.

Do you know what my dad said when we enter the car? He said "I'm an Angel that thank God I followed him and maybe God knew this would happen that's why I insisted on following him to the event. I didn't even answer him I just gave him a straight face.

Please my beloved brothers and sisters, what kind of angel is that, my kind of angel has not come to suffer. If you know of anyone please let's know them here😂😂😂😂

As soon as we arrive at the wedding, we sat down and the usher were asking us to choose any food we want. My dad responded that we are okay and we are not eating.

Before he complete his statement" I quickly cut in and replied the ushers that he is the only one not eating but I am eating.

Imagine oooo, how will I attend such kind of event and reject such a delicious meal, after all the stress has been through on our way to the venue.

I was served jollof rice and chicken. Kai, it was so tasty. please, don't salivate because if you know the outcome of the meal you won't want to have a taste😂😂😂.

As soon as I finish eating the jollof rice I requested two wraps of pounded yam and egusi, but this time I quickly change my seat because I don't want dad to know that I'm eating another food😂😂😂. After eating that, I stepped it down with 3 chilled bottles of coke. I was so happy, God compensated for my stress with surplus food.😂😂😂

Just after eating, I stood up and started dancing. I don't even care about my stained dress. I kept dancing and dancing until dad sent for me that it was time to go home.

At exactly 3 pm we got home, I decided to change my cloth and lie down for a while.

After an hour, I started having abdominal pain, I thought it was nothing serious. Shortly after that, I started stooling. It got to a stage where I lose count. Dad was asking me what I ate at the party, but I couldn't explain myself.

It's been two days now, how do I explain that I ate extra two wraps of pounded yam with egusi shortly after a plate of jollof rice with 3 bottles of coke?

As I'm typing this I'm currently running towards the toilet😂😂😂.

Please kindly help me, I have loose weight. How do I explain to dad after lying to him that I only ate a plate of jollof rice?😂😂😂
