HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE BUNS AND DOUGHNUTS

Let's say you hop into an eatery or fast-food to grab some hamburgers, buns or doughnuts, do you feel how good they taste? And you sometime wish you could grab some more...

Well, I'm here to tell you that you can simply prepare such tasty snacks at the comfort of your home in less than 75 minutes.

Without further ado, let's get started!
First of all, you need to have the recipe and tools for the preparation of your snacks.
For the recipe:
-Flour (measured in cups)
-Milk
-Margarine
-Sugar
-Salt
-Yeast
-Nutmeg
-Eggs (maybe 3 or 4, depending on the flour)
-Oil (I usually use groundnut oil )

For the tools:
-Cooking/frying pan
-Cooking gas or stove as the case may be
-Measuring cups and spoons

Okay let's dig in!
Measure some cups of flour (maybe 3 cups) and sieve it into a bowl, add some margarine (I'll advise you add little quantity so that the dough wouldn't be too sticky), add 1 teaspoon of yeast, then grind the nutmeg into the bowl, add lots of milk, little quantity of salt, sugar and some eggs (maybe 3) then whisk the dough gentle, Add some water then continue whisking until the dough is thoroughly mixed until you have a creamy texture.
Note: If you're making use of liquid milk, there might be little or no need to add water.

When done whisky the dough, cover the bowl with a nylon sheath for at least 30 minutes, (the covering of the bowl is to ensure that the yeast can act on the dough, thereby making it to rise).

Uncovering the bowl after 30 minutes, scoop and mould them into the different sizes and shapes of your choice as the ones below;

Note: For egg rolls and beef rolls, all you need to do is just to add already boiled eggs or grilled beef into the moulded dough. Pretty simple right?

Next is to pour some quantity of oil into the pan and steam it for some minutes. When the oil is hot, gently introduce your moulded dough into the oil. Ensure to maintain an average heat on the cooker so that it'll get done from the inside of the dough, coz if you make use of high heat, your doughnuts wouldn't get done at all and would probably get burnt within minutes. This could set your kitchen ablaze, lol.
Turn the dough upside down for the other parts to get done evenly.
