My Cleaning Exercise For Sunday, the 11th of February, 2024.
Happy Sunday everyone, welcome to my blog. There have been blackouts in my area that have been hindering me from posting. Thieves came to cart away some materials from the transformer, which resulted in total blackouts. It's been a difficult period in the history of my country. Everyone has been lamenting the hardship in the land. The prices of everything have been evaluated. The weather has changed recently, there has been severe heat during the day and night. I took my bath and prepared to go to work. I woke up early this morning to get ready for church.
Today, I worked on a piece of abandoned land behind my house. The place had been littered with different kinds of waste such as rags, sachets of water, plastic bottles, polythene etc.
I cleaned up the pollutants and packed them in a garbage bag, then I disposed of them adequately in a garbage bin.
The state of our surroundings tells the conditions of our soul - Lailah Gifty Akita.
