Cooking, is an art, a delicacy and a vocation or pleasure, there are those who really enjoy it, others do it by obligation, I have always said that I am not a fan of cooking and I do it because I have no choice, but ironically, I have a board on the social network Pinterest, where I have collected any number of recipes that look delicious, but also simple, I don't like complicated things, plus I have the hope that my son or husband will prepare them for me, hahaha, but with the invitation to participate in this contest from the Hive Food community (@hive-100067) which is masterfully led by my beautiful friend @mariale07, I couldn't resist participating. As I have mentioned in other posts my son is a great cook, of course he knows he can't count on me much, hahaha, but he really does very well in the kitchen and can spend hours watching recipes and cooking shows, it really is something he enjoys, so one day he was hungry, which is very common for him and wanted to eat something different and looking for resets he found a recipe simple pancakes with a cambur base that only had two more ingredients, not having cambur and being more banana lovers we made it with this other ingredient and it turned out great.

Now what are the ingredients of the recipe a banana or plantains, can also be a cambur, two eggs or more depending on the amount you want to prepare and cinnamon to taste, this is taken to the blender is blended until a homogeneous mixture with consistency to be cooked like pancakes is heated the pan is sprayed with a little oil and proceed to cook, believe me you will not regret it

Now, because I chose the plantain as my yellow ingredient, instead of the cambur, I love the cambur but only as a fruit to be eaten alone and even half green, when it already has many machas I can not stand it, also in my opinion it is very invasive it subtracts flavor to many other fruits and ingredients when combined and only its flavor is perceived, so I decided for the banana that I think is more friendly and I love it even more than the cambur, it is very rare that it is not present at home at lunchtime.

And the best of the best is that it became a recipe very used at home especially by my son who is a pancake lover, for me it is a pleasure to see him cooking, he tells me: "come mom help me" or asks me to watch the pancakes and if I get distracted he tells me: "mom the pancakes do not flip by themselves, you are going to use a Wingardium Leviosa spell, to make it distance like Harry Potter!"
