My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2023

Yesterday afternoon I took my first walk in connection with going to the store. I needed some things for household chores and I decided to walk to the store on foot. Then I did household chores. I had to go to the store a few more times. In the evening, my wife and I went for a walk around the city.

I managed to walk over 17,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn while walking and used all the energy available. Because of the short walk, I did not open the boxes and did not receive boxes for the walk.
