My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2023

Yesterday I had an active day. I didn't do any special physical activity. But I did business and transported household items from one place to another. I had to walk a lot, and many times to go up to the 2nd and 5th floors. In addition, in the evening my son and I went on evening fishing. We caught some fish and enjoyed the beautiful sunset.

I managed to walk 15,000 steps in a day.

I didn't have time to go for a walk and didn't use Stepn.
