My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2023

I worked yesterday afternoon. In the evening, I first took a short walk of about 1.5 km. Then I went to the gym to play volleyball.

According to the fitness bracelet, I managed to walk more than 13,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn while walking and didn't use all the energy available.
