My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2023

Another day went wrong. During the day I did not find the strength and time for a walk. In the evening, my wife and I took a walk around the city for about 4 km.

I only managed to walk 7,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn during an evening walk and used all the energy available. For the walk, I got mystery box level 4. When opening the boxes of the third and fourth level, I got four comfort gems. I have been waiting for this for a long time to restore some of the health of my sneakers.

Oh, I never heard of that app. Good you were able to persevere until you reaped that reward. Anything that can prompt us to get moving for optimum health can only be a good thing. Congrats! :)
