My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2023

Yesterday morning I drove the children to school. In the afternoon I made a walk around the city for about 3 km. In the evening, my wife and I took a walk in the city park for about 2.5 km.

I managed to walk almost 10,000 steps in a day.

I have used Stepn during my daytime and evening walks and used up all of my daytime energy. Due to short walks, boxes did not fall out for me.
