I covered 8 km today in my weekly Sunday Challenge. I had a good tailwind and despite my longer run the day before I had strength in my legs.

In total I was on the road for 31 km last week (running and walking).

I wish everyone a good start into the new week!

Bei meiner wöchentlichen Sunday Challenge habe ich heute 8 km zurückgelegt. Ich hatte guten Rückenwind und trotz meines längeren Laufes vom Vortag hatte ich Kraft in den Beinen.

Insgesamt war ich die letzte Woche 31 km unterwegs (Laufen und Spaziergänge).
