Sunday Challenge Running

Today - like every Sunday - a virtual run was on my schedule. This time I ran 10 km and then another 2 km as a "cool down".

The weather was perfect! With just under 15 degrees Celsius I like to run towards spring. I still had the opportunity to take the above Märzenbecher with my phone.

Heute war - wie jeden Sonntag - ein virtueller Lauf auf meinem Plan. Dieses Mal bin ich 10 km gelaufen und anschließend noch 2 km als "cool down".

Das Wetter war perfekt! Mit knapp 15 Grad Celsius laufe ich dem Frühling gerne entgegen. Ich hatte noch die Gelegenheit, die obigen Märzenbecher mit meinem Handy aufzunehmen.
