Fire-Red Rose Hips!

The start of the new week began without any special events. The weather invited to a short walk. Withered bush roses have been showing their fruits in the form of rose hips for weeks now.

I used to like to drink rosehip tea as a child. It seems to be hardly known nowadays.

Der Start in die neue Woche begann normal ohne besondere Vorkommnisse. Das Wetter lud zu einem kurzen Spaziergang ein. Abgeblühte Strauchrosen zeigen nun schon seit Wochen ihre Früchte in Form von Hagebutten.

Früher als Kind trank ich gerne Hagebutten-Tee. Er scheint heutzutage kaum noch bekannt zu sein.
