10 km Run on a beautiful Sunday!

After almost a week off running because of a sore ball of my foot, I ran 10 km again today. My discomfort is over and I was very happy that I can run well again.

The weather was perfect, lots of sunshine, but also cool, which makes running very pleasant.

Nach fast einer Woche Laufpause wegen einem schmerzenden Fußballen lief ich heute wieder 10 km. Meine Beschwerden sind vorbei und ich freute mich sehr, dass ich wieder gut laufen kann.

Das Wetter war perfekt, viel Sonnenschein, aber auch kühl, was das Laufen sehr angenehm macht.
