Running Test

Today I did a running test. 20 minutes easy pace, then 2 minutes as fast as I can and finally 10 minutes relaxed run out.
Luckily I picked time early in the morning to do this run when it was still cool. We had over 26 degrees Celsius summer heat later on today.
Heute machte ich einen Lauftest. 20 Minuten lockeres Tempo, dann 2 Minuten so schnell wie ich kann und zum Schluss 10 Minuten entspannt auslaufen.
Zum Glück nahm ich mir frühmorgens Zeit für diesen Lauf, als es noch kühl war. Wir hatten heute über 26 Grad Celsius sommerliche Wärme.
