Leadership is about positive influence, it's about bringing in that flicker of fire and hope that transforms a sullen stone into a flaming sword ready to bring about the change it wishes to see in it's surrounding. It's a beautiful process wherein growth occurs not just in hierarchies but also beyond it, unrestricted chaotic and sometimes messy.
