One Small Choice at a Time
We often want to completely overhaul our life, but we do not know where to begin to make a significant change. I understand that feeling of being overwhelmed, I've been there.

Looking at the entire picture creates massive friction, making it feel as though you must change everything overnight to see any results.

But here is the good news I have discovered. You do not need to change everything at once to transform your life, and the same is true for your leadership. True transformation happens simply by catching yourself drifting back into an old pattern and choosing differently in that exact moment, one small choice at a time.
