Learn to Grow, NOT to Perform
Think back to the version of you who loved learning, the one who couldn't wait to open a fresh book or figure out how something worked.

Somewhere along the way you became good at what you do, and the reading turned into preparation, the questions turned into products or services, but the joy of discovery quietly slipped out of your life.
No one really plans for something like that to happen, but it does. The curiosity doesn't disappear, it just gets crowded out by the need to perform or deliver. When I look at the people I grew up with and the leaders I have coached, I see the same pattern, for many of them, somewhere along the way the love for learning what they do got buried under the pressures of the day.
So here is a question for you, when was the last time you read something purely to learn rather than to perform?

Alright sir, thanks for the gift
Just like the parable of the sower and thw seeds sowed.
Some fell on the good soil did well and grew.
Some fell on the dry land where they got choked with harsh conditions.
Sometimes, we start very well with well thought out plans a d set goals, however, when obstand the issues of life come up,they scatter the plan.
At that point, may will give up.
Except thise that are resilient and received love and great support from family and friends. Life sometimes will even happen.
But quitters never win 🏆 and winners will never quit.
Thank you for sharing.
I appreciate 🙏

This hit me hard! I am in such kind of mental state that I often question myself, was I learning back then or just passing the exams.
I think I know what you mean, @daoza. The good thing is that we can always learn from our past to work towards a better future.
Thanks for reading and for your valuable comment. 🙏
