The 30-Day Sleep Challenge: The First Step to Fixing Burnout

That feeling of being perpetually tired, even when you "haven't done much," is a silent epidemic. So many of us suffer from this exhaustion and honestly don't know how to correct it. I asked my Podcast's guest if there is a quick action we can take in order to get prevent it or get better.

Somehow, Aljona's answer did not surprise me; it was so simple and intuitive that it's hard to believe it's effective. But it is! The first and most important step we can take to prevent burnout is getting a good night of sleep.

Please, don't dismiss that as "obvious." Aljona invites us to consider the challenge to try it for one month at least. For the next 30 days, make it your number one priority to simply get enough sleep. As she knows from her own experience and that of her clients, this single change can be a game-changer.

Of course, there might be other factors involved in our burnout situation. If your physical and mental energy continue to be depleted, you might want to consider talking to your doctor, psychologist, or getting in touch with me. Sometimes, the guidance of a good coach is just what we need to find the right path forward.
