AskLeo - What's Your Experience With Blockchain(NFT) Games and Why a Noob Like Me Should Try Them?

There's two things, probably the most hyped stuff lately from the crypto space that I have not touched yet: DeFi and blockchain(NFT) games. Why, you might ask...

Well, I don't fully understand DeFi and I don't like spreading my "vital energy"/crypto all over the place, those could be the two reasons why I haven't dipped my toes into DeFi.

What about blockchain(NFT) games?

I simply didn't find the fun factor in any that was brought to my attention. Everything that I do in crypto has a level of fun, or a bit of adrenaline in it, but I haven't found that in the current blockchain games we currently have, in or outside of Hive.

Most of them look so dated and dull... Hence I think not one of them would manage to keep me connected like NFS, Collin McRae Rally 3 or Counter Strike did... We probably won't even have that types of games anymore in a couple of decades. But...

I would probably dedicate some time playing some of these if there would be some crypto rewards involved, but for now I don't really feel any attraction towards what the market currently has to offer.

What about you, what's your experience with em, how fun you find such games and why do you think I should try them?

Thanks for attention,
Adrian

Most are truly outdated and very boring but I simply play them to just gather up resources but then again I don't know if dcrop is considered a block chain NFT game.

I am curious too, but no time yet to play or research. However, a friend suggested I try this game. Again, since I've no time yet, maybe you should check it out and see if it's worth messing with.

Likely a scam/rug pull. Just like 100's of other games out there launched on BSC and using the same lingo of that website. Probably all made by the same guys, too. Sorry to disappoint you, friend.

I think most of them are come back every now and then to do an action which isn't bad. We don't seem to have any MMORPG type of blockchain game but I think it's fun to see you earning something. At least with Splinterlands, I can see my account grow and there are many ways to earn money. On the off chance you quit playing, just rent them out for passive income.
