Desde fines del año 2019 los procesos de venta tal y como los habíamos conocido han cambiado y el comercio electrónico por ejemplo ha crecido a pasos agigantados, sobretodo en América latina.

Esto no significa que las tiendas físicas han desaparecido ni que lo harán, pero las formas de hacer negocio han cambiado gracias al conocimiento de las personas y la aplicación de las herramientas tecnológicas que permiten brindar un servicio omnicanal.

Estamos viviendo una época de constantes cambios y la clave de todo esto es adaptarnos a ellos y vender como una de las aristas principales y mas valiosas de toda empresa.

En el mundo del marketing se han utilizado muchísimas estrategias, podríamos decir que más que nunca, además de todo esto la escena ha presentado un paradigma que estaba presente pero ha incrementado su participación: nos referimos a la experiencia de usuario asociada a la experiencia del cliente.

Si bien esto es un ciclo de comercialización normal, el objetivo es vender o aumentar la venta y para ello centrarse en el usuario debe ser una de las claves por muchísimas razones, y te presento algunas de ellas:

  • Se tienen en cuenta las personas como tal y no solamente como meros individuos en una conversación.

  • En primer lugar se ponen las experiencias que vivirán con un producto y como este se dispone a resolver los problemas de su vida cotidiana.

  • Involucra a muchos actores de la empresa, desde los equipos de mercadotecnia hasta los comunicadores o diseñadores.

Muchas de las empresas actualmente están trabajando duro para que la experiencia del cliente y la experiencia del usuario vayan juntos y para que todo el proceso de venta se Sentra en ambos, de esta manera tienen mayor probabilidad de éxito.
