Hoy veremos una construcción del año 2015 que ha ganado una puntuación del 98% en las certificaciones BREEAM en cuanto a la sostenibilidad y alto desarrollo tecnológico.

Esta torre "THE EDGE"se ubica en Amsterdam, su superficie es de 40 mil m2 y un dato curioso es que sus paneles solares producen mas energía que la que consume el complejo.

Luminosidad: El diseñador tuvo en cuenta la orientación edilicia para un mayor aprovechamiento de la luz solar durante mas tiempo en el día. Se ha pensado en el ahorro ya que su ethernet posee alimentación Led.

También es considerado uno de los edificios mas inteligentes ¿Porque?, este edificio tiene gran capacidad para la reutilización del agua y posee un acuífero subterráneo que se ubica a 130 m de profundidad y actúa como sistema de energía térmica para la calefacción y refrigeración.

Las características de sus cristales permiten aislamiento acústico y esto ofrece mayor confort.
