Although there are things that the leader naturally possesses, most of the things that allow him to be a good leader are the result of his education and training throughout his life and both the family and the school and society in general.

We understand that anyone can be who they want to be, they only have to propose it, visualize it and work for it in a disciplined and concrete way, the most probable and safest thing is that they will be who they want to be and this applies to a good leader

El líder se desarrolla a lo largo de toda su vida e invierte en su preparación, tanto en el tiempo como en el dinero. De esta manera podemos echar por tierra ese dicho que seguramente has escuchado: "el líder nace siendo líder". Entendemos que cualquier persona puede ser quien desea ser, solamente se lo tiene que proponer visualizarlo y trabajar por ello de manera disciplinada y concreta, lo más probable y más seguro es que sea quien quiera ser y esto aplica a un buen líder
