Today there is already a collective conscience in a large part of society regarding the importance of adopting measures to combat climate change and to generate a lesser impact, work is being done on energy efficiency applied to construction.

In any construction project, this energy efficiency is of utmost importance. What do these measures consist of?

What are the objectives?

There are many measures to improve energy efficiency, there are 2 examples: The total energy consumption of housing consumption represents approximately 40% of global energy consumption, (Data extracted from the European region), in the case of NY almost the 80% of the pollutant emissions come from the dwellings of the buildings and the rest 20% come from the means of transport.

We could say that these two are the fundamental aspects in energy efficiency, the consumption or saving of energy resources and the reduction of polluting agents that create an environmental impact. Until a while ago it was believed that the sectors that affected the most were industries and the automotive sector.

Today the statistics already indicate another reality, construction generates a direct impact in terms of energy efficiency, this gives rise to a series of regulations that seek to reduce the environmental impact and contribute to development. What do you think?

Hoy en día ya existe una conciencia colectiva en gran parte de la sociedad con respecto a la importancia en la adopción de medidas para combatir el cambio climático y para generar un menor impacto se trabaja en la eficiencia energética aplicado a la construcción.

En cualquier proyecto de construcción es de suma importancia esta eficiencia energética ¿En que consisten estas medidas?.

Existen muchas medidas para mejorar la eficiencia energética, existen 2 ejemplos: El consumo de energía total de consumo de las viviendas representa aproximadamente el 40% del consumo de energía global, (Datos extraídos de la región europea), en el caso de NY casi el 80% de las emisiones contaminante provienen las viviendas de los edificios y el resto 20% provienen de los medios de transporte.

Podríamos decir que estos dos son los aspectos fundamentales en la eficiencia energética, el consumo o ahorro de recursos energéticos y la reducción de agentes contaminantes que crean un impacto ambiental. Hasta hace un tiempo se creía que los sectores que mas afectaban eran las industrias y el sector automovilístico.

Hoy ya las estadísticas indican otra realidad, la construcción genera un impacto directo en cuanto a la eficiencia energética ,esto da pie a una serie de normativas que buscan reducir el impacto medioambiental y contribuir al desarrollo. ¿Tu que crees?
