How to make sure you don't get food envy

So Mrs. Ablaze and I seldom get a night out just the two of us anymore. Our three sons are almost always with us and that's fantastic, sure we love them to bits obviously. However having some quality time for just the two of us is important as well, so when my Mum offered to have the kids over the weekend, we were in like Flynn!

Now, all we needed to decide was what to do with the few hours we had to ourselves. I wanted to bring my wife to the cinema as she loves to go, but after having a look at what was on, neither of us were fussed. I'd like to see King Richard and she'd like to see House of Gucci, but neither of us were that interested in the others, so we opted for a different way to pass a few hours.

A Great way to Avoid Food Envy

Do you want to know how to avoid food envy? Well, it's pretty simple actually. You just opt for a Tapas restaurant. Luckily for us there are two excellent Tapas restaurants in Galway, Cava where we regularly frequent when we get out for dinner and Black Cat in Salthill, which we had never been to, but had heard great things about.

The beauty is that you can order a load of different dishes to share around and there is no chance of getting food envy, as you get a little bit of everything. The Spanish Rioja and Tempranillo wines are always delicious as well. I took a couple of quick photos of a few of the Tapasand quickly put my phone away, as it's a bit rude to have your phone out at the table.

So if you're ever in Galway, book a table here at Black Cat - You won't be disappointed 🐈‍⬛

That's it from me. Thanks for stopping by

Spanish tapas and Chinese dim sum are a great way to have lots of little dishes and have a nice long dinner, much better than spending a couple of hours in the cinema with no interaction with one another.

Looks like a great meal, I'm meeting with friends for Spanish this weekend, looking forward to it!

Having a good family is something wonderful, I would say it's a blessing. But it is also very important that the couple have their own time, you know that well. And the way the restaurant serves the dishes is brilliant, it's really worth knowing so many flavors. Congratulations for the pictures.
