"Happy Family Day" Activities at Sukma Bangsa School Lhokseumawe

Last Saturday, September 10th, Sukma Bangsa School held a "Happy Family Day" activity for the first grade elementary school level. The theme of the activity was Togetherness Between Parents-Children and Teachers at School. Yes.. Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe School I can confirm that it often holds activities that involve parents of students, and this activity aims to further strengthen the relationship between parents of students and the school so that good relations and communication are established.
In this Happy Day Family activity, my daughter Hasanah, who is still in the first grade of elementary school, also participated with her mother (my wife). So, after taking Hasanah and my wife to school, I decided to just watch the show because I wasn't feeling well at that time and just watched them happily. I'm not going to miss this happy moment, and I took some photos that I find very interesting.
This activity is only devoted to first grade elementary school students, and Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe School has 50 elementary school students consisting of 2 classes, namely class I Ali bin Abi Talib and class I Uthman bin Affan, each class has 25 students. The activity started right at 08.30am by first filling out the attendance list of students and their parents, then continued with the opening session of the activity and welcoming words by the Director of the Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe School.

There were several competitions organized by the school which were participated by all first grade elementary school students and their parents, namely coloring, "tingku aneuk" (carrying children), and also the relay ball. All parents of students were deliberately involved in this competition, both the fathers and mothers of the students. And each parent is required to choose one of the competitions that will be followed along with the child, but if you want to take part in all of these competitions, it is highly recommended.
My daughter Hasanah, as with her hobby she really likes to draw, and in this Happy Day Family activity her hobby is channeled. Friends can all see it in the photo, it's just that at that time he didn't want to be photographed because he was focusing on coloring and drawing hehe 😄

I can say that the whole series of activities took place very lively, there were smiles and happy laughter from the students and their parents as well as the teachers who were involved in the competition activities. There is one most interesting moment of this activity, namely the moment where the fathers who take part in the "tingku aneuk" competition. Because there is a very close feeling of intimacy there, between a father and son, but there is also a funny side . The conclusion is that everyone is very happy and excited.
