Buying Plastic Cabinets At The Pottery Shop
Hello friends #FridayMarket, meet me again @abizahid. As usual, today is a very beautiful day that is a Friday full of blessings. So I decided to make a post to #FridayMarket hosted by @dswigle.
At this meeting, I will share a story about my wife's desire to buy a cupboard which she will place in the kitchen. The cupboard will function as a storage area for plates, glasses, spoons, forks, pans and so on from items that are rarely used. This desire is very reasonable, because our kitchen space is too small so items that are rarely used need a separate place to be stored. Meanwhile, the existing plate racks are used for plates, glasses, spoons, and basins that are often used for cooking purposes.
This morning around 10.00 am I went to Lhokseumawe City Market. I went to the Market alone because my wife was sick, so she couldn't come with me. This market is located in the middle of Lhokseumawe City, the distance from my house to this market is about 10 km and it takes about 15 minutes if I drive by motorbike.
There are many goods and services being sold or offered in this market. Since I only needed to buy a cupboard, I then decided to go to one of the Pottery Shops in one corner of the market, the name of the shop was Tunas Muda. The items sold in this shop are complete and the seller is very friendly, so I started to choose the wardrobe that I would buy.
I tried to match the wardrobe in the shop with the one my wife wanted through a photo sent via WhatsApp. There was one cupboard that really suited my wife's wishes, so I made an offer with the seller. There was a price agreement and then I paid Rp. 300.000.- in Indonesian currency. My estimate for that price was indeed in accordance with the quality of the cupboard, I then ordered a trishaw to take the cupboard home.
And when I got home, I thanked God Almighty because my wife was very happy with the wardrobe I bought. Here are some photos when I was in the shop:
And this is the wardrobe that I bought according to my wife's wishes
Okay, that's all my post this afternoon. Thank you very much to #hive friends for taking the time to read my post, and have a nice day. Warm greetings from me @abizahid..

I am so pleased to have you post into the #MarketFriday challenge. I know this is an especially busy time of year, so I am pleased that you took the time. To be honest with you, it touches my heart that it has continued for so long, and yet, almost every single person gives me something fresh and interesting. Many people really thought it would run its course of markets and end, but, everyone that participates has proven this theory wrong. With Christmas upon us, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you so much for helping make this challenge a success. Without your help, it would be just another place to post. It is people like you that have given it a recognizable name. Thank you! ❤
#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers markets and eventually branching out and evolving over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.
