En estos días mi mamá y yo salimos a realizar algunas diligencias, como estaba lloviendo, tuvimos que quedarnos un buen rato escampando en uno de los establecimientos adonde fuimos. Ya se estaba acercando la hora del almuerzo, así que nos preguntamos qué ibamos a cocinar. Como continuaba lloviendo a cántaros, se hizo la hora del almuerzo y nosotras todavía estábamos fuera de la casa.

Cuándo por fin escampó y llegamos a casa, nos encontramos con la grata sorpresa de que mi papá había comenzado a realizar el almuerzo. Demostrándonos una vez más qué es un hombre muy considerado con nosotras, comenzó a elaborar una exquisita receta, que hoy deseo compartir con ustedes.

These days my mom and I went out to run some errands, and since it was raining, we had to spend some time camping in one of the establishments we went to. It was getting close to lunch time, so we wondered what we were going to cook. As it was still pouring rain, it was lunchtime and we were still out of the house.

When it finally poured and we got home, we were pleasantly surprised to find that my dad had started making lunch. Proving once again that he is a man who is very considerate of us, he began to prepare an exquisite recipe, that I want to share with you today.

Los ingredientes que utilizó fueron:

• Pasta
• Carne
• Papa
• Tomate
• Cebolla
• Cilantro
• Harina

The ingredients used were:

• Flour

Para preparar la carne, primero colocó en el sartén cebolla picadita con ajo y sal. Luego le añadió la carne junto con la papa y el tomate.

Mientras se cocinaba la carne, mi papá procedió a hacer unos bollitos.

Durante el tiempo que los bollitos y la pasta se cocinaban, hizo la ensalada.

Luego que estuvo todo listo, mi papá nos sirvió el suculento almuerzo que nos había preparado con mucho cariño. Demostrando que es un hombre integral y considerado con su familia y con todos los que lo rodean. Gracias papi por ese rico almuerzo 😋😋
