BRACELET WITH TURKISH EYE- PULSERA CON OJO TURCO

Hello hive friends, greetings to all of the Jewelry Community, happy and blessed day.
Something that will never go out of style is wearing unique and original bracelets, and today there are many ways to do it, in this case I wanted to make a bracelet with crystals but using Chinese thread, I love using this thread to make my bracelets because it can be made so that the person who is going to use it fastens it to the wrist with a slipknot.
To make this bracelet I do not use many things, it is super simple but very striking. Apart from the Turkish eye that is the center of attention of this bracelet, it only has crystals and beads for golden jewelery, and obviously the thread that cannot be missing.
One of the most popular amulets that exist throughout the world is the Turkish eye, this amulet is usually used to protect yourself from bad energy as well as the evil eye. They can be found in many colors, but in my case I chose blue, this specifically symbolizes good Karma, it helps us attract good energy and against the evil eye.

Algo que nunca pasara de moda es llevar unas pulseras únicas y originales, y hoy en día existen de muchísimas maneras de hacerla, en este caso yo quise hacer una pulsera con cristales pero utilizando hilo chino, me encanta utilizar este hilo para realizar mis pulseras porque se puede hacer de manera que la persona quién la vaya a usar se la ajuste a la muñeca con un nudo corredizo.
Para realizar esta pulsera no utilizo muchas cosas, es super sencilla pero muy llamativa. Aparte del ojo turco que es el centro de atención de esta pulsera, no lleva más que cristales y balines para bisutería dorados, y obviamente el hilo que no puede faltar.
Uno de los amuletos más populares que existen en todo el mundo es el ojo turco, este amuleto se suele usar para protegerse de las malas energías así como del mal de ojo. Pueden encontrarse de muchos colores, pero en mi caso escogí el azul, este en especifico simboliza el buen Karma, nos ayuda a atraer las buenas energías y contra el mal de ojo.

MATERIALS
• Blue Chinese thread.
• 10 gold jewelry pellets.
• 12 blue crystals.
• Scissors.
• Lighter.
• Turkish eye.

MATERIALES
• Hilo chino color azul.
• 10 balines de bisuteria dorado.
• 12 cristales azules.
• Tijera.
• Encendedor.
• Ojo Turco.

PROCEDURE

PROCEDIMIENTO

1-. I will start by cutting two pieces of thread, to make the bracelet I need a 30cm thread, and to tie the bracelet with 12cm is enough.

1-. Comenzaré cortando dos pedazos de hilo, para realizar la pulsera necesito un hilo de 30cm, y para amarrar la pulsera con 12cm es suficiente.

2-. I'll take the 30cm thread and I'm going to fold it in half, with the help of the meter I'm going to measure where 7cm ends, or I'm just looking for the middle of the middle.

2-. Tomaré el hilo de 30cm y lo voy a doblar a la mitad, con ayuda del metro voy a medir donde llegan 7cm, o simplemente busco la mitad de la mitad.

5-. I am going to start by placing a golden ball so that this is the base of the bracelet. Then I'm going to place two crystals together. And we reintroduce a pellet, and again two crystals.We repeat this again, a pellet, two crystals, and lastly another pellet.

5.- Voy a iniciar colocando un balín dorado para que esta sea la base de la pulsera. Después voy a colocar dos cristales juntos. Y volvemos a introducir un balin, y nuevamente dos cristales. Repetimos esto nuevamente, un balin, dos cristales, y de ultimo otro balín.

6-. Now I'm going to place the Turkish eye bead so that it's right in the middle of the bracelet.

7-. Next I will place a pellet, and the same sequence comes from the previous side, two crystals then a pellet.
Once it's ready, I'm going to tie a knot at that end so that the stones can't get out anywhere when it's time to tie it.

7-. Seguido colocaré un balin, y viene la misma secuencia del lado anterior, dos cristales luego un balín. Una vez lista le voy a hacer un nudo en ese extremo para que las piedras no se puedan salir por ningún lado a la hora de amarrarla.

8-. Now with the 12 cm thread I am going to close the bracelet with a flat knot. I'm going to join the two ends of the bracelet as follows.

8-. Ahora con el hilo de 12 cm voy a cerrar la pulsera con un nudo plano. Voy a juntar los dos extremos de la pulsera de la siguiente manera.

9-. And the 12cm thread we are going to put it under from right to left until halfway, and we are going to pass that little cord on the left over the others, leaving it below the one on the right, we lower the one on the right towards below leaving it above the one on the left, and we pass it behind everyone and from the bottom up we put it through that little hole that has been created for us on the left, we press well and we would already have the first one. We do the same with the other side, we pass the one on the right to the left over the others, we lower the other one below, we pass it behind. And from the bottom up we close it. I know this sounds like a tongue twister but the flat knot is a basic knot in macramé and it is super easy to do. In my macrame keychain post I explain exactly how this knot is made.

9-. Y el hilo de 12cm vamos a meterlo por debajo de derecha a izquierda hasta la mitad más o menos, y vamos a pasar ese cordoncito de la izquierda por encima de los otros, dejándolo por debajo del de la derecha, bajamos el de la derecha hacia abajo dejadolo por encima del de la izquierda, y lo pasamos por detrás de todos y de abajo hacia arriba lo metemos por ese agujerito que se nos ha creado a la izquierda, apretamos bien y ya tendríamos el primero. Hacemos lo mismo con el otro lado pasamos el de la derecha hacia la izquierda por encima de los otros bajamos el otro por debajo lo pasamos por detrás. Y de abajo hacia arriba lo cerramos. Se que esto parece un trabalenguas pero el nudo plano es un nudo básico en el macramé y es super sencillo de hacer.
