Whats up with the Ferris Wheel? Daily Photography (day 99) (2015)

My city used to open up a little fare along the highway.
There was something different about it. Nothing is on the ferries wheel

The seats and stuff were not there. I saw this when the folks wanted to go out somewhere
I wish that fare was still here. I would have loved to visit it. Have some fun for a change.
Day 99 into the photography challenge. This is a tough one, when I don't have new photos that is.
