Ableist things schools normalize. These things put disabled kids
at a disadvantage and may affect their education in school.

Timed desk: it affects kids who have learning disabilites that require extra time
on their tests. When i was in school, I was given a timed reading prompt.
I lost points when i pronouced the word incorrectly. This hurts
dyslexic kids. The farther you read, the more points you got. A dyslexic kid may
read slower due to needing more time for their brains
to process speech. Note that everyone is different. The amount
of support a kid could recieve varies.
