After gathering the supplies to revert the Witch to normal, we can finally get the green bell from her. Onto the last bell, the purple bell. To ring it, I have to befriend 10 people and record their wishes to ring the purple bell. You can befriend people by giving them gifts and talking to them. You speed up the process if you have a second Wii remote to "rub" them. I demonstrate in the video.
