Holo! We recently received a new creature in the game @holozing. His name is Zingu and he is a penguin and will dominate the ice in battle. I've already seen that it has generated a lot of acceptance, fanart and favorable comments. So I wanted to prepare my fanart adding an element that I have liked a lot since I saw it. INSPIRATION

Perhaps the idea of dominating ice is familiar to us, since several superheroes created by different studios do just that. We have seen how powerful ice is and how fragile it is in the face of fire. We've seen heroic and funny situations as well. That's why I started imagining the interaction a character like Zingu could have.

It was appealing to me that he had so much blue in different shades. That made me want to draw him and experiment with this color, one of my favorites.

PROCEDURE

I wanted Zingu to be in a very similar position to the one we were presented with, full frontal. Again, I continue to take care of the proportion of the body so that they don't look so overweight.

This time it was less complicated to draw. This character doesn't have so many details I think maybe because I have drawn others before, I had a lot of fun drawing our ice cream friend.

Once I finished the character I started with that accessory that I loved: the bike for the trainers. It has a futuristic design, and shiny, with that letter "Z" on the body of the bike. I would use it in the background, behind the character. It was difficult to make it, in view of the fact that there is a lot of symmetry and aesthetics. Quite a challenge, at least for me.

When I finish it, then I can outline it with the ink pen, and then I pass the eraser over it to remove the trace of the charcoal.

Now, color! In this case, I detected at least three shades of blue. My color box had two shades. Now, the darkest one seems to me to be somewhere between blue and purple. So I used both in that area. I liked the result. It looks very nice. That made the three tones clearly differentiated.

The bicycle also had more than one tone, so I used the same ones as the character. It should be noted that the bike for this team was not presented, so these colors are just a product of the adaptation of the ones that were shown. Hopefully they look like the ones that will actually be used.

I added a couple of details. The first one has to do with the logo of this ice team. In the middle of the wheels of the bike is a simplified team logo. But we haven't seen the ice one yet, so I made a simple little design based on the gem on Zingu's forehead. And the second detail was a nacelle, taking advantage of the ability to create ice that this penguin boasts. Will it be to eat it or to water it?

And without further ado, here is the result.

The Radiant, HoloMax and Radiant HoloMax version is yet to be seen. I think it could look very nice as the blue matches very well with the colors of these variations. ¡Holo! Hace poco recibimos a una nueva criatura en el juego @holozing. Se llama Zingu y es un pingüino y dominará el hielo en la batalla. Ya he visto que ha generado mucha aceptación, fanart y comentarios favorables. Así que quise preparar mi fanart agregándole un elemento que me ha gustado mucho desde que lo vi. INSPIRACIÓN

Tal vez la idea de dominar el hielo nos resulta familiar, puesto que varios superheroes creados por diferentes estudios hacen eso. Hemos visto lo poderoso del hielo y lo frágil que resulta ante el fuego. Hemos visto situaciones heroicas y graciosas también. Por eso empecé a imaginar la interacción que podría tener un personaje como Zingu.

Me resultó atractivo que tuviera tanto azul en diferentes tonos. Eso me hizo querer dibujarlo y experimentar con éste color, uno de mis favoritos.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Quise que Zingu estuviera en una posición muy similar a la que se nos presentó, de frente completamente. De nuevo, sigo cuidando la proporción del cuerpo para que no parezcan tan subidos de peso.

Ésta vez resultó menos complicado para dibujar. Este personaje no tiene tantos detalles creo que quizás por haber dibujado otros anteriormente, me divertí mucho dibujando a nuestro helado amigo.

Una vez que terminé al personaje empecé con ese accesorio que me encantó: la bicicleta para los entrenadores. Tiene un diseño futurista, y brillante, con esa letra "Z" en el cuerpo de la bicicleta. La usaría al fondo, detrás del personaje. Fue difícil hacerla, en vista de que hay mucha simetría y estética. Todo un reto, al menos para mí.

Al terminarla, entonces puedo delinearla con el lapicero de tinta, y luego le paso la goma de borrar para eliminar el rastro del carboncillo.

Ahora, ¡color! En éste caso, detecté al menos tres tonos de azules. Mi caja de colores tenía dos tonos. Ahora bien, el más oscuro me parece que es entre azul y morado. Así que usé ambos en esa área. Me gustó el resultado. Se ve muy bien. Eso hizo que los tres tonos se diferenciaran claramente.

La bicicleta también llevaba más de un tono, así que usé los mismos del personaje. Cabe destacar de que la bicicleta para éste equipo no fue presentado, así que estos colores son solo producto de la adaptación de los que sí se mostraron. Ojalá se parezcan a los que de verdad se usarán.

Agregué un par de detalles. El primero tiene que ver con el logo de éste equipo de hielo. En el medio de las ruedas de la bicicleta se encuentran un logo simplificado del equipo. Pero aún no hemos visto el de hielo, así que hice un pequeño diseño sencillo basado en la gema que tiene Zingu en la frente. Y el segundo detalle fue una barquilla, aprovechando la habilidad de crear hielo del que presume éste pingüino. ¿Será para comérselo o para regarlarlo?

Esta por verse la versión Radiant, HoloMax y Radiant HoloMax. Creo que puede verse muy bonita en vista que el azul combina muy bien con los colores de éstas variaciones.
