Series Food #328: Stir-Fried Tofu With Egg

The main ingredients of the dish are meat, tofu and eggs. This food looks ugly and boring, but the nutrition it gives us is really great.

My lunch for 2 people: sautéed cabbage, boiled sweet potato, stir-fried tofu with egg. You can see I've been eating a lot of vegetables in my every meal because lately I've been suddenly bored with all kinds of meat. I really want to be a vegetarian now, but I still want my body to be strong so this is the dish that I tried to combine meat with tofu and eggs. This combination is not bad, the dish tastes greasy and delicious, I will cook it more in my next meals.

Ingredient:

  • Egg
  • Tofu
  • Minced meat
  • Scallion
  • Salt, fish sauce, cooking oil, pepper

Muối, nước mắm, dầu ăn, hạt tiêu

Step 1:

Put on a food glove and crush the tofu until they are crushed and smooth. Wash the pork and grind it with a blender, I usually buy pre-ground pork at the market because I don't have much time to cook. Wash the scallions and cut the scallions into small pieces.

Đeo bao tay thực phẩm và nghiền đậu phụ cho đến khi chúng nát và mịn. Rửa sạch thịt heo và xay bằng máy xay sinh tố, mình thường mua thịt heo xay sẵn ở chợ vì không có nhiều thời gian nấu nướng. Hành lá rửa sạch rồi cắt nhỏ hành lá.

Step 2:

Add tofu, season to taste with salt and fish sauce. Stir-fry the mixture until the tofu is dry. Add eggs and stir, continue stirring for 5 minutes. In this step you need to taste the dish, if the dish is bland, add more seasoning. Turn off the heat and add the green onions. This dish is eaten with rice or you can treat it like rice because it is full of nutrients.

Đổ dầu ăn vào chảo, cho hành khô vào xào cho đến khi hành chín vàng, khoảng 1-2 phút. Thêm thịt lợn băm vào, xào cho đến khi thịt chín khoảng 5 phút. Cho đậu phụ vào, nêm nếm với muối, nước mắm vừa ăn. Xào hỗn hợp trên cho đến khi đậu phụ khô lại. Thêm trứng và khuấy đều, tiếp tục khuấy trong 5 phút. Ở bước này bạn cần nêm nếm lại món ăn, nếu món ăn nhạt thì nên nêm thêm gia vị. Tắt bếp và cho hành lá vào. Món ăn này ăn với cơm hoặc bạn có thể coi món ăn như cơm vì nó có đầy đủ các chất dinh dưỡng.
