Series Food #336: Korean Spicy Noodles

Korean spicy noodles is a famous delicious dish that is loved by many Vietnamese people. In recent years, Korean spicy noodle restaurant chains have developed very quickly in Vietnam and created a new snacking trend for young people. Spicy noodles are loved for their big crunchy noodles, spicy broth, and too many fresh ingredients in the bowl. This dish is served hot right in the bowl, the chef cooks the whole bowl of spicy noodles on high heat, so when serving, customers still see the bowl of spicy noodles boiling. If you can eat level 7 spicy noodles, Big bang restaurant will give you some gifts, of course no one can eat level 7 spicy noodles hahaa.If you are a spicy person, I recommend you to eat spicy level 2 noodles, never eat more spicy levels because I am afraid you will get stomachache and diarrhea, and it is really not good for health.

I always eat spicy noodles with an iced coca cola, it reduces the spicy taste.

It was a rainy day today and I was craving something spicy. There are a lot of Korean spicy noodle restaurants in the area where I live, but I only like eating at Bigbang restaurant. This restaurant has been selling spicy noodles for 5 years and spicy noodles have the best taste in the area. This restaurant has a yellow space with warm lighting, which is a fun place for students to eat. When I was a high school student, I used to go to this restaurant with my friends to eat spicy noodles and drink milk tea.

This restaurant sells many snacks such as: Korean spicy noodles, Korean Kimbab, Korean tokbokki, fried sausages, french fries, fried fish cakes, fried corn, fried fish, fried shrimp, fried spring rolls and many kinds. other drinks such as milk tea, lemon tea, smoothies, juices, .. The price of a spicy bowl is 45,000 VND - 60 VND (about 1.5 USD - 2.5 USD). There are many flavors of spicy noodles such as: spicy sausage noodles, spicy mushroom noodles, seafood spicy noodles, beef spicy noodles, mixed spicy noodles. There are 7 levels of spiciness, I'm a person who can't eat spicy, so I usually eat level 0 seafood spicy noodles (but it's still very spicy). In a bowl of spicy seafood noodles, there are: shrimp, squid, Korean noodles, Korean chili powder, enoki mushrooms, fish cakes, kimchi, sweet corn, sausages, vegetables, scallop. this dish is very easy to make at home but this dish requires too many ingredients so I still decided to go to this restaurant to spicy noodles.

Right now when I'm blogging about spicy noodles, I'm craving for spicy noodles, maybe tomorrow I'll go back to Bigbang and enjoy a bowl of spicy and fragrant noodles. It is really addictive.
