San Coffee - 5.5 USD for drinks and cakes for 2 people

Hi guys, this is my entry in Cinnamon Cup Coffee's ''SpilllTheBeans'' contest. I chose topic 2 in the contest haha, this contest has 4 different themes and we can choose one of four themes. This contest reminded me of English topics that I had to memorize in my university speaking tests. The university teachers used to give 40 different English topics and then we had to draw lots and read about a certain topic. I realize that competitions always exist in our lives, when we are young we have to pass tests and competitions. As we mature, competitions consist of life lessons that force us to enter it or be beaten by it. Anyway I always love writing contests even though my English is not good haha I wish I could write it as good as I write Vietnamese. I wanted to participate in topic 1 of this contest but I couldn't work in a cafe because it was hard for me to concentrate on writing. Whenever I write my blog I always need a quiet space, I don't like noise and music, they make me lose inspiration to compose. I don't have any composing emotions during the day, my brain is only active in the evening haha so I can only work in the evening when everything is quiet. The 3rd and 4th topics of this contest don't work for me because I don't know how to convince restaurant owners to accept crypto. The government and laws of my country are strict with cryptocurrencies so it is difficult for any restaurant to do that.

I love discovering coffee shops in my city so today I will take you guys to a new cafe restaurant in my area, that cafe restaurant is called: "San Coffee".

This restaurant opened 1 week ago but was very crowded because of the beautiful and luxurious restaurant space. The place I live is developing, so many people invest in projects and restaurants here. Looks like they've discovered the potential of this area. A few years ago, Soc Son district was a very poor district located on the outskirts of Hanoi city. The area here was mainly hills and fields, where people lived by raising livestock and growing rice. However, the state has invested a lot of money in this land and built a Noi Bai international airport and many factories here, since then this land has attracted a lot of tourists. Food and beverage restaurants, amusement parks and entertainment services have been built a lot, in an area of ​​1km, there are more than 15 different restaurants. And of course I can choose the most beautiful cafe. The average income of the people here is low, only $200 - $300/month, but everyone's life is quite happy. Even though our income is so low, we can still go to cafe restaurants or go to luxury restaurants often because the food here is really diverse and cheap. Don't think cheap food means bad quality, good drinks here cost only 1-2 dollars but it's really amazing and delicious (agricultural country has its advantages LOL). Most of the families here have a field or garden so we can grow vegetables there, it just costs me money to pay for the meat, the rest of the money I use to go out with friends at cafes.

This restaurant has simple but luxurious decoration, large space and has 2 floors. Because this restaurant just opened, it doesn't have milk tea - my favorite drink.

This restaurant gave us a voucher for 10% off drink bill because they didn't have bubble tea at that time. So, I ordered 1 coconut, 1 cup of lemongrass orange tea, 1 passion fruit tiramisu and 1 chocolate bear cake.

I will try the restaurant's other drink specials next time as they finalize their menu. I like this restaurant's cake, it's soft and delicious than other cake cafe restaurants. The restaurant has a very large space, which is the strong point of this restaurant.

We all want to go to a restaurant that is warm and has a large space to talk and laugh with friends. No one wants to go to small cafes and have tight spaces, it will be really stuffy and uncomfortable. In fact, most coffee shops or milk tea shops in Vietnam are following the "chain" model and they usually have a small area, only suitable for "take away" drinks. If you had to choose a large and beautiful cafe with staff at the table and a small self-service cafe with the same price for drinks, which cafe would you choose? you will have the same choice like me, right? We were able to take pictures anywhere in this restaurant, the space was really chill and was all I needed.

Anyway this is a very good place to visit. Price, space, drinks, service quality are all great, I do not have any complaints about this restaurant. Some other drinks you should try if you have the opportunity to come here: Black coffee, brown coffee, coffee yogurt, coconut cream coffee, lemongrass peach tea, orange cinnamon tea, lemon ginger tea, black tea with cream cheese, strawberry tea with cheese cream, chrysanthemum tea, olong tea, juices, smoothies, coffee machines,..
