Hello Hive community and LikeTu photo community. :D
Today I will write a review about a cheap snack restaurant for students called: Teen Teen. This is a restaurant located on Dan Di street - it's a street that only sells snacks or drinks such as milk tea, fried chicken, spicy noodles, snails, french fries, pizza, hamburgers, .. It can be said that this place is the only food street in Dong Anh district - Hanoi city. When you come to this street, you will not know what you should eat because there are so many delicious choices for you. Initially, I wanted to eat my favorite foods like vermicelli, porridge, grilled skewers, but then I wanted to go to a restaurant that had both drinks and snacks. And I chose Teen Teen restaurant as my lunch break. As the name of this restaurant suggests, the junk food is mostly for the young - which means I'd eat everything here if I had a big stomach.
And here is the menu of the restaurant with many attractive choices. Eg: bread in a mixed pan, bread in a chicken thigh pan (which means everything is cooked right on the pan and then the staff will bring you a hot and simmering meal), Vietnamese snacks: fried sweet potatoes, fried chicken on skewers, sausages, fried spring rolls, cheese fries, fried chicken thighs, cheese skewers, fried fish balls, mayonnaise fish balls, fried fish balls fish sauce, corndog, pho roll, .. Korean snacks: fried kimbab, traditional kimbab, spicy tokpokki noodles, spicy cheese tokpokki noodles, spicy sausage noodles, seafood spicy noodles, cheese tokpokki, black noodles, black cheese noodles, spicy beef noodles, Spicy Mushroom Noodles, Mixed Spicy Noodles, Chicken Kimchi Cheese Noodles, Spicy Rib Cartilage Noodles. And there are many types of drinks with different prices, averaging from 10,000 VND - 40,000 VND.
All drinks names are attractive and make me want to drink such as Soda (peach, blueberry, chocolate, apple, strawberry, mint, passion fruit); Ice Blend (Green Tea Matcha, Yogurt Matcha, Mint Matcha, Chocolate Ice, Crush, Blueberry Ice, Cookie Cream Ice, Strawberry Blend, Snow Lemon); Lemon tea( Traditional Lemon Tea, Aloe Vera Lemon Tea, Mint Lemon Tea, Blueberry Lemon Tea, Peach Lemon Tea, Strawberry Lemon Tea, Ginger Lemon Tea, Lemon Lemongrass Tea); Jackfruit yogurt, strawberry yogurt, blueberry yogurt, peach yogurt, chocolate yogurt, grape yogurt, avocado smoothie, juice (orange, watermelon); milk tea (black sugar buffalo foot, Thai green tea, matcha milk tea, blueberry milk tea, mint milk tea, strawberry milk tea, grape milk tea, pink milk tea); Soft drinks (soy milk, pepsi, sting, mirinda, twister orange juice, Redburn energy drink)
I ordered 1 pan-fried bread and 1 bowl of spicy Korean seafood noodles. In a bowl of hot Korean mixed noodles include squid, shrimp, sausage, fish ball, enoki mushroom, kimchi, clam with sour, spicy, sweet broth ( price: 2,2 USD). In my opinion, the spicy noodles here have a better broth than the spicy noodle restaurants I've been eating, but the ingredients in this bowl of noodles are quite sketchy and few. Bread in a pan costs $ 2.5 including bread, pâté, sausage, egg, roast beef, potatoes, cheese, .. along with greasy and sweet tomato sauce. With such dishes, I wanted to drink something without milk to reduce the fat so I ordered 1 cup of Pepsi and 1 cup of lemon tea. I really like snack restaurants that have both drinks and food like that :D
The restaurant has about 10 sets of tables and chairs with a capacity of about 50 guests. The decoration is quite simple like snack restaurants in Vietnam. My friend said that the cheese Tokbokki here was delicious but because I was so full, I couldn't eat anything more. Anyway, I will come back to this restaurant to try other snacks. I hope my sharing will help you have more places to eat if you visit Vietnam. ^^
